    <content type="html">I've been so friggen busy lately ugh.  I got to miss first period today just to sleep basically haha.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anyways my eating has gone to shit, I've been have binge/purge cycles for the last week almost...and it makes me feel like shiit thinking about it.  I find the more I talk about what I'm going to and what I have eaten, the less I eat.  I realize how many calories I have consumed and that's enough to make me want to stop eating.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My friend just told me his mom has brain cancer.  It never really hit me until he said that she would have to wait a while before she could wear the hat he bought her because the scars from her surgery have to heal.</content>

    <content type="html">So today I woke up and went to Pilates...buut I got there half an hour early and ended up in the wrong class so I took an extra Abs class then did my regular Pilates class.  It actually worked out for the better. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I'm fasting today and hopefully tomorrow too but I'm going to drink Green Tea and water with protein powder because I don't want to lose muscle and it's still only about a 200 calorie day.  I need vitamin pills though.</content>

    <content type="html">I've had a pretty good day, I bought my soy milk last night (which I have for lunch) and I was on my day off because, well my body was aching.  My sports conditioning class kicked my fucking ass.  But I love the pain after a good work out 'cause you know you worked hard.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Calorie estimation for today:&lt;br /&gt;breakfast: 100 &lt;br /&gt;Lunch: 180&lt;br /&gt;"Binge": 100&lt;br /&gt;Dinner:  150&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;total=530&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Buut I did pilates to stretch my muscles..and tone:)&lt;br /&gt;I'm thinking about buying multi-vitamins...and I need to stock up on Crystal Light.</content>

    <content type="html">Usual protein shake&lt;br /&gt;-orange&lt;br /&gt;-2 slices of mozarella cheese (god I love it)&lt;br /&gt;-green tea&lt;br /&gt;Dinner will hopefully be soup...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have a job interview at McDonald's, gross, but money...and after that I'll be going to my running group.&lt;br /&gt;Oranges are such a good thing to eat because they take so long to peel, especially because I hate the white stuff, so I highly recommend them.</content>

    <content type="html">So here's what I ate...&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup of Protein smoothie (strawberries, whey powder, ice)&lt;br /&gt;Yellow peppers&lt;br /&gt;Apple&lt;br /&gt;Chocolate soy milk :s&lt;br /&gt;Green Tea&lt;br /&gt;Then I was doing so well until I started eating Special K..which lead to an AllBran bar and some soy-stirfry.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ugh I want to cry, my last two days were sooo good too, I'll probably purge again, fuck.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I'm now working out 4 times a week 30 minutes cardio...30 minutes weights.&lt;br /&gt;Running 3 times a week...2 of which are for 8 km.</content>
