I've been so friggen busy lately ugh. I got to miss first period today just to sleep basically haha.

Anyways my eating has gone to shit, I've been have binge/purge cycles for the last week almost...and it makes me feel like shiit thinking about it. I find the more I talk about what I'm going to and what I have eaten, the less I eat. I realize how many calories I have consumed and that's enough to make me want to stop eating.

My friend just told me his mom has brain cancer. It never really hit me until he said that she would have to wait a while before she could wear the hat he bought her because the scars from her surgery have to heal.

I'm so happy, I did a Sports conditioning class aand did my running training (20 minutes)

So today I woke up and went to Pilates...buut I got there half an hour early and ended up in the wrong class so I took an extra Abs class then did my regular Pilates class. It actually worked out for the better.

I'm fasting today and hopefully tomorrow too but I'm going to drink Green Tea and water with protein powder because I don't want to lose muscle and it's still only about a 200 calorie day. I need vitamin pills though.

Fuck fuck fuck I'm doing so bad...I just ate fruit with (low fat) cottage cheese. Then two cookies FUCK...I need to purge, like right now.

I've had a pretty good day, I bought my soy milk last night (which I have for lunch) and I was on my day off because, well my body was aching. My sports conditioning class kicked my fucking ass. But I love the pain after a good work out 'cause you know you worked hard.

Calorie estimation for today:
breakfast: 100
Lunch: 180
"Binge": 100
Dinner: 150

total=530

Buut I did pilates to stretch my muscles..and tone:)
I'm thinking about buying multi-vitamins...and I need to stock up on Crystal Light.

Usual protein shake
-orange
-2 slices of mozarella cheese (god I love it)
-green tea
Dinner will hopefully be soup...

I have a job interview at McDonald's, gross, but money...and after that I'll be going to my running group.
Oranges are such a good thing to eat because they take so long to peel, especially because I hate the white stuff, so I highly recommend them.

-3/4 cup of protein shake (100cal)
-orange (70?cal)
-2 slices of cheese
-1/2 cup of lamb and rice
I'll guess 500 calories so far...

-oatmeal + cottage cheese
-15 pretzels
-green tea
-binge, purge
-1/2 cup of some pasta dish w/ tomatoes and sausage.

I did my 8k run..which was good.

So far so good.

12:25 am - Food today

So here's what I ate...
1/2 cup of Protein smoothie (strawberries, whey powder, ice)
Yellow peppers
Apple
Chocolate soy milk :s
Green Tea
Then I was doing so well until I started eating Special K..which lead to an AllBran bar and some soy-stirfry.

Ugh I want to cry, my last two days were sooo good too, I'll probably purge again, fuck.

I'm now working out 4 times a week 30 minutes cardio...30 minutes weights.
Running 3 times a week...2 of which are for 8 km.
